Privacy Policy
Last updated July 14, 2026. This policy explains information handled when you use Daily Bright Brain Play.
Information and purposes
Game progress, favorites, settings, challenge history, and consent choices are stored locally in your browser. If analytics is enabled with consent, we may process allowlisted visit details such as page path, referrer, language, screen size, coarse location, a shortened user-agent, and a one-way IP-derived identifier for security and aggregate statistics. Contact messages include the name and message you provide.
Storage, Redis, and retention
Production analytics and contact records may be stored with our Redis infrastructure provider; local development can use server files. Lists are bounded to the newest 10,000 visit records and 2,000 messages. Security rate-limit entries expire after their stated windows. Browser data remains until you clear it or the application replaces expired history.
Sharing, advertising, and age
We do not sell personal information. Service providers process data only to operate the site. We reserve space for possible future advertising, but will update disclosures and collect legally required consent before enabling personalized advertising. The service is general-audience and is not directed to children under 13; a parent or guardian should contact us if a child submitted personal information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and may withdraw analytics consent. You can clear browser storage at any time. Contact us to make a request or complaint. We may need reasonable verification and you may contact your local data-protection authority.
