Intellectual property
The site software, visual design, text, game presentation, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to the site operator and protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership. Copyright concerns may be reported through our DMCA process.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free scores, data preservation, fitness for a particular purpose, or cognitive outcomes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused by matters for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
